Dr. Miller and his wife Joan are co-founders of the Connect Center and the Pass-Through Store offering clothing, toiletries, shoes, and specialty items at NO COST. It is a non-profit organization that provides daily essentials and prescription drug assistance through valuable pharmaceutical partnerships.
